  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Packages: Package Handlers At Fedex Are Required To Lift And Move Packages Weighing Up To 70 Pounds On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Physical Strength And Stamina To Perform The Job Duties Efficiently.

  • Attention To Detail: Package Handlers Are Responsible For Sorting And Scanning Packages Accurately, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role. This Includes Ensuring Packages Are Placed In The Correct Location And Tracking Information Is Entered Correctly.

  • Time Management Skills: Package Handlers Are Expected To Work Quickly And Efficiently To Meet Tight Deadlines. This Requires Good Time Management Skills To Prioritize Tasks And Complete Them Within The Designated Time Frame.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Package Handling Process At Fedex Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Especially During Peak Seasons. Candidates Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Handle A High Volume Of Packages Within A Set Time Frame.
