  1. Sort and organize incoming packages according to destination and delivery schedule.
  2. Load packages onto designated trucks or delivery vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure that packages are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
  4. Use scanning equipment to track and record packages throughout the sorting and delivery process.
  5. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees to ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered to the correct destination.
  9. Ensure timely delivery of packages to meet customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge related to the job.
  11. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area to uphold company standards.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and coworkers.
