  1. Process and sort incoming packages accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper placement and security.
  3. Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  4. Inspect packages for any damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate parties.
  5. Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and package handling guidelines.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to address any workload or operational challenges.
  9. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in the package handling process.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
