  1. Safely and efficiently handle packages of varying sizes and weights in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Load and unload packages onto and off of delivery trucks, ensuring proper placement and organization.
  3. Use equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move and stack packages as needed.
  4. Verify package information and labels to ensure accuracy and proper routing.
  5. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate package sorting and delivery.
  6. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Meet productivity and performance goals set by management.
  9. Report any damaged or lost packages to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Assist in other areas of the warehouse or facility as needed.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and ensuring timely delivery.
  12. Adapt to changes in procedures and processes to improve efficiency and meet company objectives.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by being punctual and consistently meeting job expectations.
