  1. Sort and organize incoming packages according to delivery route and destination.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure accurate and proper labeling of packages for delivery.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move packages as needed.
  5. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling packages and operating equipment.
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily delivery deadlines.
  7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with packages.
  10. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to management.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  13. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in package handling processes.
  14. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
