- Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks or planes.
- Operate equipment, such as conveyor belts and forklifts, to move packages.
- Identify and scan packages using appropriate tracking systems.
- Inspect packages for damage or labeling errors and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Follow company policies and procedures for package handling and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and addressing any customer concerns.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.
