- Process Incoming Packages: Receive, sort, and scan incoming packages accurately and efficiently.
- Load and Unload Packages: Safely load and unload packages onto and off of delivery trucks and other transportation vehicles.
- Monitor Package Quality: Inspect packages for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Organize Packages: Ensure packages are organized and stored in the correct location for easy retrieval and delivery.
- Follow Delivery Procedures: Follow established delivery procedures to ensure packages are delivered to the correct destinations in a timely manner.
- Communicate with Customers: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain Clean Work Environment: Keep work area clean and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Meet Productivity Goals: Meet or exceed productivity goals set by management to ensure timely delivery of packages.

Physical Fitness And Strength: Package Handlers Must Be Able To Lift And Move Packages Weighing Up To 75 Pounds On A Regular Basis, And Also Be Able To Stand, Bend, And Walk For Extended Periods Of Time.
Attention To Detail: As Packages Often Contain Important And Sensitive Items, It Is Crucial For Package Handlers To Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure The Correct Packages Are Being Shipped And Delivered.
Time Management Skills: Package Handlers Must Work Efficiently And Quickly To Meet Tight Delivery Deadlines. This Requires Strong Time Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
