As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to our customers.   1. Safely and efficiently handle packages while adhering to company and industry safety protocols.
  2. Sort, scan, and load packages onto delivery vehicles according to delivery schedules.
  3. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors to move packages.
  5. Ensure packages are properly labeled and identified for accurate delivery.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding package handling and delivery.
  7. Meet daily production and quality goals set by management.
  8. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the security of packages.
  10. Identify and report any package irregularities or damages.
  11. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve personal performance to meet company standards.
  13. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve package handling skills.
  15. Adhere to all company rules and regulations, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
