  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and manage expenses effectively.
  13. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold its values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Logistics Or Transportation Company.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Operations And Processes, Including Inventory Management, Distribution, And Delivery.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
