  1. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the delivery services at FedEx.
  2. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers.
  3. Monitor and track delivery schedules to meet service level agreements.
  4. Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports regarding delivery activities.

  8. Train and supervise new employees on operational procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry

  • Proficient In Using Supply Chain Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle
