  2. Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  3. Communicate and coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure all operations are running smoothly.

  5. Maintain accurate records of all operational data, including package tracking, inventory, and delivery schedules.

  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures and processes.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management for increased efficiency and productivity.
  11. Participate in meetings and provide reports on operational performance and progress towards goals.
  12. Assist in managing and maintaining the inventory of supplies and materials necessary for daily operations.
  13. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
