Responsibilities:

- Continuously improve and optimize machinery performance to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements to suggest and implement process improvements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on machinery maintenance and repair procedures.
- Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and work flexible hours as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and positive work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting FedEx values and delivering exceptional service to customers.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Millwright In An Industrial Setting.
Red Seal Certification In Millwright Trade From A Recognized Institution.
Proficient In Interpreting Blueprints, Diagrams, And Schematics To Assemble And Install Machinery.
Strong Knowledge Of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, And Mechanical Systems.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills.
