Job Description

Contact Center Engineering Manager will work across IT and Customer Service across the globe to deliver the call center infrastructure (Salesforce Desktop integration with voice and data, IVR, and telecom services offered by Five9) for all customer who call 1800GoFedEx. Due to its nature and work across IT and the globe, we have a desire to attract talent across IT with Customer Service, Contact Center Solutions, specifically Five9 knowledge. To manage the design and development activities for a group. responsibility Includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.

  • Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming.

  • Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience.

  • Ability to manage and work with vendors specifically Five9 and Verint
