  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment in the fleet.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of vehicles and equipment.
  3. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize any disruptions to operations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
  8. Create and maintain maintenance records and reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with regulations.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the maintenance process.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the fleet is equipped with the best tools and equipment.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  13. Lead by example and uphold company values and standards of excellence.
  14. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  15. Act as a liaison between the maintenance team and upper management, providing regular updates on operations and performance.
