
Logistics Analyst
Works directly with Engineering (OEM, FSC, Customer, Supplier) in order to analyze and develop best-in-class forward/reverse logistics practices (tools, systems, materials, people assets). Serve as a Subject Matter Expert with Red Prairie WMS and works directly with IT to configure, test, and integrate WMS, ERP, and MRP systems. Actively participates in strategic projects directly with the Customer serving as the primary focal point for production data mining and data analysis. Uses proven problem solving methodologies and statistical analysis to provide technical support to Customer and production needs. Designs and leads complex experiments, often with multiple variables, gathers data and performs root cause analysis as well as recommends corrective actions. Specifies and deploys process control procedures and variance management techniques. Develops process flows and value stream mapping.
Experience with OSHA, MSDS, and State/Federal Safety regulations
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience developing and testing workflows within Red Prairie WMS environment
Technical familiarity with material handling and electronics repair equipment (i.e. soldering equipment, RF test equipment, conveyors, high bay storage…)
