  1. Develop and implement inventory control processes and protocols to ensure accurate and efficient management of inventory across all locations.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability of products.
  3. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  4. Create and maintain inventory reports and provide regular updates to management on inventory levels, trends, and potential issues.
  5. Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
  6. Train and supervise staff responsible for inventory management, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Forecast inventory needs based on historical data and current trends and make recommendations for adjustments to inventory levels.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in inventory management.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to inventory control.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory needs are met and resolve any issues that may impact inventory availability.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and new inventory management technologies to continuously improve processes.
  13. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding inventory availability and timelines.
  14. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the inventory control area.
  15. Handle any other inventory-related tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Logistics Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Principles And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
