  1. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data and reporting.
  4. Train and supervise inventory control staff to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  7. Analyze inventory data and provide reports to management on inventory levels, trends, and potential risks.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in inventory management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory control to continuously improve processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inventory information is shared.
  11. Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
  13. Develop and maintain a safe, clean, and organized inventory storage environment.
  14. Plan and oversee inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
  15. Troubleshoot and resolve any inventory-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  16. Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries related to inventory levels and availability.
  17. Manage and maintain inventory control software and other tools.
  18. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management.
  19. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
  20. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to inventory control.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Logistics Setting.

  • Proficient In Inventory Management Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Train A Team Of Inventory Control Associates.
