  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  3. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures.
  4. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory of equipment and parts.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in industrial maintenance techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the maintenance department.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order and receive necessary parts and supplies.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  11. Train and mentor junior technicians, and assist in their development and growth.
  12. Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts as needed.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Strong Understanding Of Industrial Machinery And Equipment, Including Electrical, Mechanical, And Pneumatic Systems, As Well As Troubleshooting And Repair Skills.

  • Safety Training And Certifications: Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Safety Protocols, As Well As Certifications Such As Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, And Forklift Operation.

  • Ability To Read Technical Manuals And Blueprints: Familiarity With Technical Manuals And Blueprints To Diagnose And Repair Equipment, As Well As The Ability To Create And Update Maintenance Procedures As Needed.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Identify And Analyze Equipment Malfunctions, Develop Solutions, And Implement Repairs In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
