  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery in the facility to ensure optimal functioning and minimal downtime.
  2. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues with equipment and machinery.
  3. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, including documenting any issues and solutions.
  4. Keep track of inventory and order replacement parts as needed.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial maintenance practices.
  9. Train and mentor new technicians on maintenance procedures and practices.

  11. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to report any issues or concerns.

  15. Prioritize and manage workload to meet maintenance goals and deadlines.
  16. Take initiative to suggest and implement improvements in maintenance procedures and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: A Strong Understanding Of Industrial Machinery And Equipment, Including Electrical, Mechanical, And Hydraulic Systems.

  • Troubleshooting Abilities: The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems With Industrial Equipment, Often Under Time Constraints.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Protocols In An Industrial Environment, Including Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, And Hazardous Material Handling.

  • Experience With Preventative Maintenance: Familiarity With Conducting Routine Maintenance On Industrial Equipment To Prevent Breakdowns And Extend Equipment Lifespan.
