  1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular schedule to prevent major equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  4. Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and supplies to maintain adequate levels for equipment repairs.
  5. Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to identify and resolve technical issues.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
  8. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify patterns and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  9. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed, including parts used and hours worked.
  10. Proactively identify potential equipment issues and make recommendations for improvements to prevent future breakdowns.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report any issues or concerns and provide updates on maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Technical Or Vocational Training In Industrial Maintenance Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Industrial Maintenance Or Similar Role

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals, Blueprints, And Schematics

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Industrial Machinery And Equipment
