  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  6. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment.
  7. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Communicate effectively with other departments and management to provide updates on maintenance activities and any potential downtime or delays.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols, attendance, and performance standards.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the growth and success of the company.
