  1. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of healthcare services to patients nationwide.
  2. Monitor and evaluate healthcare delivery processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct audits and reviews of healthcare operations to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop action plans to address them.
  7. Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures to ensure adherence to company policies.
  8. Keep up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  9. Communicate and report on quality metrics and progress to senior management.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related issues.
  11. Represent the company in industry forums and conferences to share best practices and promote the company's commitment to healthcare quality.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's healthcare quality processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Quality Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And Joint Commission.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Providers, Patients, And Internal Teams.
