Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives across our healthcare services.   1. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across all healthcare services offered by FedEx.
  2. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
  3. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure quality standards are met.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to healthcare quality.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  8. Identify training and development needs for healthcare staff to improve quality of care.
  9. Stay updated on advancements and best practices in healthcare quality management.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders about quality improvement initiatives and progress.
  11. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations for improving healthcare quality.
  12. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures for quality improvement.
  13. Monitor and track the impact of quality improvement initiatives on patient outcomes.
  14. Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to quality improvement efforts.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare quality and provide guidance and support to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Quality Role, Preferably In A Large Healthcare Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Current Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Total Quality Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Identify Trends And Areas For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
