Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Quality Role, Preferably In A Large Healthcare Organization.
Knowledge Of Current Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Total Quality Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Identify Trends And Areas For Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
