As a Freight Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages and cargo to our customers.   1. Receive and process incoming shipments of packages and freight.
  2. Sort and organize packages according to destination and delivery method.
  3. Load and unload packages and freight onto trucks and planes.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move packages and freight.
  5. Ensure all packages and freight are handled safely and securely.
  6. Accurately track and record incoming and outgoing packages and freight.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  8. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Monitor and report any damaged or missing packages or freight.
  11. Meet productivity and performance goals set by the company.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  13. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to packages or freight.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and suggest ideas for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
