  1. Load and unload packages and freight from trucks and trailers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accuracy of package and freight counts and match them with corresponding labels.
  3. Utilize proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent injury and damage to packages and freight.
  4. Organize and stack packages and freight in designated areas for storage or delivery.
  5. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  7. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
  9. Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by management.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to package handling and customer service.
  11. Continuously monitor and report any damaged or mishandled packages or freight.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the facility.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and coworkers.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
