  1. Load and unload packages and shipments from trucks and conveyor belts.
  2. Sort and organize packages and shipments according to destination and delivery route.
  3. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport packages.
  4. Ensure that all packages and shipments are handled with care and in accordance with company safety protocols.
  5. Meet daily quotas and deadlines for package and shipment handling.
  6. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  7. Identify and report any damaged or missing packages or shipments.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job skills and performance.
  11. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the handling and delivery process.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the transportation and handling of packages and shipments.
