  1. Safely and efficiently load and unload packages and freight from trucks and containers.
  2. Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. Operate various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize freight.
  4. Utilize scanning technology to track and record packages and freight.
  5. Sort and organize packages and freight for timely delivery to customers.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper handling and storage of packages and freight.
  9. Meet productivity goals and standards set by the company.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest ideas for process optimization.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  12. Embrace a customer-focused mindset and provide excellent service to all customers.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
