- Sort and organize packages and freight according to destination and delivery time.
- Verify and record accurate information for packages and freight, including tracking numbers, delivery addresses, and package weight.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move packages and freight within the warehouse.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of packages and freight.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Inspect packages and freight for any damages or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling and documenting hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by management.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' questions and concerns regarding their packages and freight.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
