  1. Unloading and loading freight from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  2. Sorting and organizing packages and freight to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
  3. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and transport freight within the warehouse.
  4. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  5. Accurately tracking and recording incoming and outgoing shipments and reporting any discrepancies.
  6. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  8. Assisting in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
  9. Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  10. Identifying and reporting any issues or problems that may arise during the shipping process.
  11. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and clients.
  12. Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and implementing new processes to increase efficiency.
  13. Adapting to changes in schedule or workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Meeting and exceeding productivity and performance goals set by the company.
  15. Upholding the company's values and standards while carrying out job duties.
