  1. Handle incoming and outgoing freight and packages with care and efficiency.
  2. Ensure all packages and freight are properly sorted, labeled, and loaded onto delivery trucks.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stack freight.
  5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of packages and freight.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  8. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  11. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  12. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize work to meet customer demands.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  14. Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
