1. Efficiently and accurately handle all incoming and outgoing freight at the facility.
2. Sort, load, and unload packages in a timely manner while maintaining safety and quality standards.
3. Ensure all packages are properly labeled and organized for delivery.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipment goals.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and transport freight.
8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or delays.
9. Follow proper safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
10. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.
11. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
12. Identify and report any damaged or mishandled packages.
13. Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
14. Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency.
15. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
