  1. Safely and efficiently load and unload packages and freight from trucks and conveyor belts.
  2. Scan and sort packages and freight according to destination and delivery timeframes.
  3. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move packages and freight.
  4. Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure the security and proper handling of packages and freight.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  7. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
  8. Identify and report any damaged or missing packages or freight to the appropriate personnel.
  9. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed, such as inventory management and packaging.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during daily operations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and customers.
  15. Ensure all packages and freight are delivered to the correct destination and in a timely manner.
