  1. Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using proper handling techniques.
  2. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and inform supervisors of any issues.
  3. Properly and accurately record and document all freight movements and inventory data.
  4. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and transport freight.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and meet daily goals.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  8. Communicate any delays, damages, or issues with shipments to the appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
