  1. Safely and accurately load and unload packages from delivery trucks and sort them for delivery.
  2. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move packages and freight.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Keep accurate records of packages and freight handled, including any discrepancies or damages.
  7. Meet established productivity and accuracy goals to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  8. Continuously monitor and report any issues or delays in the handling of packages.
  9. Assist with training new team members and provide guidance to improve efficiency.
  10. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure efficient coordination of shipments.
  12. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall success of the team and company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Packages Weighing Up To 75 Pounds.

  • Experience Operating Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Warehouse Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Shipping And Receiving Procedures, Including Scanning And Sorting Packages.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Track And Document Packages.
