  • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing packages according to destination and priority
  • Load and unload packages onto and off of delivery vehicles with speed and accuracy
  • Utilize proper equipment and techniques to handle packages safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of packages
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Meet daily production goals and maintain a high level of productivity throughout the shift
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed, including but not limited to scanning, labeling, and tracking packages
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers at all times
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and find ways to increase efficiency in package handling.
