  1. Operate various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Move, stack, and locate merchandise using forklifts according to company standards and procedures.
  3. Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
  4. Properly load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers using forklifts.
  5. Count and verify merchandise as it is being moved, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including forklifts and warehouse floor.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient workflow.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
  10. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase productivity.
  11. Train and mentor new forklift operators, as needed.
  12. Keep up-to-date with forklift operation best practices and attend any required training sessions.
  13. Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as picking and packing, as needed.
  14. Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Represent FedEx in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Forklift Operator: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Forklift Operator Certification From A Recognized Training Institute.

  • Experience In Operating Various Types Of Forklifts: The Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Operating Different Types Of Forklifts, Such As Sit-Down, Stand-Up, And Reach Trucks.
