- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages onto the delivery vehicle in a timely and organized manner.
- Plan and execute an efficient delivery route to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during deliveries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as traffic laws and regulations.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of packages delivered and obtain necessary signatures and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and practices to ensure the safety of oneself and others.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the delivery vehicle.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): A Valid Cdl Is Required For All Delivery Swing Drivers At Fedex. This Ensures That The Driver Is Trained And Qualified To Operate Large Vehicles And Can Safely Navigate Through Various Road And Weather Conditions.
Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For A Delivery Swing Driver, As They Will Be Responsible For Transporting Packages And Goods In A Timely And Safe Manner. Fedex Requires Drivers To Have No More Than One Moving Violation In The Past Three Years.
Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Packages: Delivery Swing Drivers Are Required To Load And Unload Packages Weighing Up To 75 Pounds. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Carry Heavy Items Repeatedly Throughout The Day.
