  1. Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws and regulations.
  2. Load and unload packages onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are properly secured.
  3. Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  4. Verify package contents and ensure they are properly labeled and addressed.
  5. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Maintain accurate delivery records and submit necessary paperwork.
  7. Report any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate supervisor.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  9. Assist with other duties as needed, including sorting and organizing packages at the delivery center.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  11. Follow strict delivery deadlines and meet performance metrics.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of daily deliveries.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
