The Senior Cyber Security Analyst supports the Command Center by conducting in-depth analysis of security alerts with the specific ability to identify indicators of compromise, perform intrusion scope and root cause analysis and implement triaging protocols to mitigate potential damage to the FedEx ecosystem. Responsible for working in a 24x7 Security Operations Center. Perform host, network, and log analysis as a part of their investigation to determine the extent of an infection or compromise. Serve as the technical escalation point for Tier 1 analysts. Manage interactions with internal stakeholders in a professional manner. Document remediation plans to contain and eradicate the threat and secure the environment. Document and communicate findings in case management platform. Analyze and act on actionable threat intelligence.
