  1. Facilitate the smooth flow of international shipments through customs and compliance regulations.
  2. Ensure all trade compliance laws and regulations are followed accurately and efficiently.
  3. Communicate with customs officials and government agencies to resolve any issues or delays.
  4. Review and process import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Classify and determine appropriate duty rates for imported goods.
  6. Monitor changes in trade regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade compliance strategies.
  8. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to trade compliance laws and regulations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on trade compliance matters.
  10. Maintain accurate records and files of all trade compliance-related activities.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential trade compliance issues.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to international trade.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline trade compliance processes.
  14. Collaborate with external partners, such as brokers and freight forwarders, to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
  15. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees on trade compliance.
  16. Handle any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company related to trade compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customs Brokerage Or Trade Compliance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations, Customs Procedures, And Documentation Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Government Agencies, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Customs Software Systems And Ability To Navigate Complex Trade Compliance Databases.
