  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
  5. Monitor and analyze changes in trade laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  6. Work closely with customs brokers and government agencies to obtain necessary clearances and resolve any issues.
  7. Prepare and file necessary documentation for import and export transactions.
  8. Coordinate and assist with customs audits and inquiries.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other departments on customs and trade related matters.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to streamline customs and trade processes and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customs and trade operations.
  12. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of customs and trade processes within overall supply chain operations.
