  4. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of shipments.

  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customs clearance.
  8. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on changing trade regulations and processes.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Using Customs Software And Other Relevant Technology.

  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Customs Regulations And International Trade Laws.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customs And Trade Compliance Within The Logistics Industry.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
