  1. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on international trade regulations and customs procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Facilitate the timely and efficient movement of goods across borders by accurately completing all necessary customs documentation and declarations.
  3. Monitor changes in customs regulations and inform relevant teams and stakeholders of any updates or modifications.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve any customs-related issues or delays that may arise.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of import and export documentation to identify any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all customs-related activities, including import/export data, duty payments, and compliance audits.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on the status of their shipments and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve customs processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customs officials, brokers, and other trade partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
