  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of customs trade compliance for the organization.
  2. Ensure smooth movement of goods across borders by staying up-to-date with all customs regulations and requirements.
  3. Prepare and review all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
  4. Accurately classify goods according to customs regulations and tariffs.
  5. Communicate with relevant government agencies and authorities to obtain necessary permits and clearances.
  6. Work closely with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance.
  8. Monitor and track shipment status to ensure compliance with customs regulations and timelines.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on customs trade-related matters.
  10. Stay informed on changes in customs regulations and ensure compliance with all updates.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customs transactions.
  12. Collaborate with external partners, such as customs brokers and freight forwarders, to facilitate efficient customs clearance.
  13. Regularly report on customs trade activities and provide analysis for continuous improvement.
  14. Support and participate in company initiatives to improve customs trade processes and procedures.
  15. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customs Brokerage Or International Trade Coordination.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Customs Procedures And Regulations For Both Import And Export Shipments.

  • Familiarity With Shipping And Logistics Software, Such As Fedex Trade Networks Or Similar Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients And Customs Officials.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload In A Fast-Paced Environment.
