Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of international shipments through customs compliance. You will be responsible for working closely with our customers, suppliers, and government agencies to coordinate and facilitate the timely and accurate clearance of goods.   1. Coordinate and facilitate the timely and accurate clearance of international shipments through customs compliance.
  2. Work closely with customers, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure smooth flow of shipments.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of customs regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the customs clearance process, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
  5. Keep accurate and organized records of all customs-related activities and documentation.
  6. Proactively identify potential customs issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective customs clearance processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to customs regulations and communicate these to relevant parties.
  9. Act as a point of contact for any customs-related inquiries or issues from customers or suppliers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and streamline customs clearance processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Monitor and report on customs clearance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to customs compliance and trade regulations.
