  1. Manage and ensure compliance with customs regulations and laws.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the import and export of goods across international borders.
  3. Communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, carriers, and government agencies, to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery.
  4. Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are in compliance with customs regulations and meet delivery deadlines.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues related to customs and trade.
  6. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and communicate any relevant updates to the team.
  7. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to develop efficient and effective customs processes.
  9. Resolve any customs-related issues or delays in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all customs and trade-related activities.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve customs and trade processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  12. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Train and educate team members on customs and trade regulations and processes.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders involved in the customs process.
  15. Participate in customs audits and assist with any necessary corrective actions.
