  1. Facilitate the movement of goods through customs by accurately and efficiently completing all necessary documentation and declarations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and requirements, including but not limited to customs laws, duties, taxes, and tariffs.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customs officials, freight forwarders, and clients, to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to customs regulations and communicate any relevant information to team members and clients.
  5. Use strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues or delays in the customs clearance process.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all customs transactions, ensuring they are in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  7. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the customs clearance process.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns from clients regarding customs trade processes.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of goods and data throughout the customs clearance process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Trade, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Customs Trade Compliance Or Related Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Import And Export Regulations, Customs Documentation, And Trade Compliance Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Customers, Customs Officials, And Internal Teams.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
