  1. Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
  2. Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
  4. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures and ensure company compliance.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues with shipments, taking proactive measures to address them.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to global clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to customs and logistics.
  7. Work closely with customs brokers and government agencies to ensure proper clearance of goods.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all import/export activities.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customs and logistics operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customs Brokerage Or International Trade Compliance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customs Regulations And Procedures For Both Import And Export.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Liaise With Customers, Government Agencies, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Technology Used In Customs Clearance And Trade Documentation, Such As Ace, Aes, And Hts Codes.
