Responsibilities:

  3. Communicate with customers to gather required information and obtain necessary approvals for international shipments.
  4. Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and take corrective action if needed.
  5. Handle any customs-related issues and work towards timely resolution to minimize delays and disruptions.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments and related activities.
  7. Coordinate with customs brokers and other third-party service providers to ensure smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns regarding customs and trade compliance.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in customs regulations to proactively address any potential impact on our business.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  12. Participate in audits and assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and international laws and regulations.
