  1. Coordinate and facilitate the import and export of goods across international borders.
  2. Ensure compliance with all customs and trade regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customs documentation and transactions.
  4. Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on shipment status.
  5. Work closely with customs officials and other agencies to resolve any issues or delays in the movement of goods.
  6. Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in customs and trade regulations and incorporate them into daily operations.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure timely and efficient processing of shipments.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to customs and trade.
  10. Train and mentor new team members to ensure compliance and accuracy in customs procedures.
  11. Participate in regular audits and assist in resolving any identified discrepancies.
  12. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and government officials.
  13. Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Customs Brokerage Or International Trade Compliance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Customs Regulations And Procedures, Including Import/Export Documentation And Classification.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Various Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems.
